Job Summary:

As a Generative AI Video Artist, you will be the bridge between human creativity and artificial

intelligence. Your primary role is to transform detailed creative concepts, scripts, and

storyboards into compelling, high-quality video sequences using the latest generative AI tools.

This is a deeply creative role that requires a strong cinematic eye and the ability to guide AI to

execute a precise artistic vision. You are not just generating content; you are a digital director,

using prompts as your camera and AI as your cast and crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards into visually stunning and emotionally

resonant AI-generated video content.

Craft, test, and iteratively refine sophisticated text prompts to control every aspect of the

visual output, including cinematography, lighting, character performance, atmosphere,

and pacing.

Meticulously maintain character, environmental, and stylistic consistency across multiple

shots and scenes to ensure narrative coherence.

Collaborate closely with creative directors to understand and precisely execute a

predefined artistic vision, ensuring the final output aligns perfectly with client

expectations.

Perform post-production duties, including assembling AI-generated clips, editing for

rhythm and flow, and integrating basic sound design and color correction to deliver a

polished final product.

Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI video landscape, continuously

experimenting with new tools, platforms, and advanced prompting techniques.

Contribute to building a library of effective prompts, visual styles, and best practices to

streamline future projects and enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality AI-generated video work. Crucially,

applications must include examples of the prompts used to generate the work, as

this demonstrates your ability to exert precise creative control.

A deep and practical understanding of cinematic language, including camera shots (e.g.,

wide shot, close-up), camera movements (e.g., slow zoom, pan), and lighting techniques

(e.g., high-contrast, soft fill).

Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, mood, and detail.

Hands-on experience with one or more leading text-to-video AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI's

Sora, Runway, Pika Labs, Kling AI).

Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,

DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).

An impeccable ability to interpret detailed creative direction and execute instructions with

precision and artistic flair.

Preferred Qualifications:

A background in film, animation, video editing, or graphic design.

Experience in post-production workflows, including color grading, sound design, and

basic visual effects.

Familiarity with advanced prompt engineering methodologies (e.g., negative prompting,
