Job Description:

As a Student Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to students aspiring to study abroad. You will be responsible for understanding their educational goals, offering tailored advice, and assisting them through every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities (JDs):

  • Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students regarding study abroad options, including universities, programs, and countries.
  • Assist students in preparing their applications, essays, and supporting documents.
  • Guide students through visa application processes and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Stay updated on admission requirements, deadlines, and changes in international education policies.
  • Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student profiles and counselling sessions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrolment targets.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate of leads to successful enrolments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of student applications and visa submissions.
  • Provide high levels of student satisfaction and positive feedback.
  • Build strong partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of study destinations, programs, and universities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counselling, or similar).
  • 1-2 years of experience in student counselling or the study abroad consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems, university admissions, and visa requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
