We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves developing visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms, supporting branding efforts, and contributing to content for marketing, social media, and outreach initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong design sensibilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling designs including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and branded materials for digital and print media.
  • Develop motion graphics and edit short-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content writers to develop design concepts aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Stay informed of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the quality and creativity of design output.
  • Support marketing efforts through creative assets tailored for email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and other digital initiatives.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (email marketing, social media, paid content), and SEO is a plus.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
  • Hand-on experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
  • Experience in Digital Marketing is highly preferred
