Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior SEO Executivewith 1 or 2 years of proven expertise in search engine optimization to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest SEO practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful execution of SEO initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the business. This is a full-time, onsite position with preference given to candidates located near DHA Phase 8.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Junior SEO Executive ( Full-Time, Onsite)
• Location: Karachi (Preference for candidates near DHA Phase VIII)
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and achieve business goals.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities, trends, and gaps. Optimize existing content and uncover new content opportunities.
• On-Page Optimization: Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and content optimization to enhance site visibility.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed. Ensure the website is fully optimized for search engines.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in the creation and updating of web content.
• Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance the site's authority and improve search rankings.
• Performance Monitoring: Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to track performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights. Regularly report on SEO metrics and KPIs.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' SEO strategies and performance to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to ensure ongoing improvement and innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website and marketing campaigns.
• Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to junior team members and stakeholders on SEO best practices and strategies.

QUALIFICATION

• Experience: Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
