About Us

New Era Industries is a leading manufacturer of premium uPVC and aluminium windows & doors, providing modern and durable solutions for residential and commercial projects. As part of our growing fabrication team, we are looking for skilled Window Fabricators to join us at our Novalon Factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate uPVC windows & doors as per given drawings and technical specifications.
• Operate fabrication machinery, cutting tools, and assembly equipment with precision.
• Ensure quality finishing, fitting, and alignment of fabricated products.
• Maintain production targets and timelines for project deliveries.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work closely with the fabrication supervisor and team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (technical background is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in aluminium / uPVC window & door fabrication.
• Age: 25 – 35 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail, quality control, and finishing.
• Good teamwork and discipline in meeting deadlines.
