We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individualized assessments of children to identify motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living challenges.
  • Provide individualized 1:1 occupational therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment and behavior reduction plans that enhance functional independence.
  • Design therapeutic activities to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care abilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document progress data to guide treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, and parents) to create holistic intervention plans.
  • Educate and train families and caregivers on home-based activities and strategies for consistent progress.
  • Stay updated with best practices and evidence-based OT interventions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in clinical, rehabilitation, or school-based settings.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy, sensory processing, and developmental delays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference in children's lives.
