Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior or Mid-Level MERN Engineer to join our growing team. As a MERN Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust web applications using MongoDB, , , and You will work closely with our product and design teams to create scalable and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

- For Senior Level:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on the MERN stack.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.

- Extensive experience with and its core principles.

- Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT.
