Department: OperationsReporting to: VP OperationsThe Junior Associate will be responsible for the daily administrative and facility management tasks. This includes ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, clean, and functional and providing overall operational support to enable a smooth and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the facility.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, and stationery.
- Prepare and track facility-related purchase requests and expenses.
- Maintain and update administrative records and reports.
- Report and escalate any facility or equipment issues to the management promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in administration, facility management, or office operations (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
