Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Currency Exchange - Teller, located in Gujranwala. The Currency Exchange - Teller will be responsible for handling day-to-day currency exchange transactions, processing remittances, and money transfers. The role involves interacting with customers, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Teller will also be responsible for managing cash, balancing transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling cash and currency exchange transactions
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with customers
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with financial software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
