Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Karāchi. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office operations, scheduling, and employee activities management to support the executive team and ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and upholding professional office etiquette to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience of upto 5 years.
- Strong English Communication skills essentially required.
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficient in Communication and professional Etiquette
- Competency in Clerical Skills to manage documentation and office organization
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively
- Familiarity with office software and technology systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or relevant administrative experience is preferred
