We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Copywriter to craft the entire written foundation of our brand. This foundational role is exclusively focused on developing the company profile, messaging, and website-ready copy, providing the essential content backbone for our design and development teams.

Role Overview

The Content & Copywriter will draft, structure, and refine all written content essential for Aivolve's brand identity, including our corporate profile, marketing collateral, and website copy. This individual will produce the foundational content backbone that empowers our design and development teams to create a world-class digital presence

Key Responsibilities

Company Profile Development Write and organize all text for the corporate profile, "About Us," vision, mission, values, leadership bios, and other foundational sections.

Website-Ready Copy: Draft compelling, SEO-informed copy for all future website pages (Home, What We Do, Portfolio, Careers, etc.).

Brand Voice & Messaging: Establish and maintain a consistent tone and style that reflects Aivolve's vision and strategic messaging.

Research & Benchmarking: Analyze competitors and industry trends to ensure content is world-class and market-leading.

Content Roadmap: Create a structured outline of all content required for the website and other collateral to facilitate smooth outsourcing.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, marketing, and designers to refine content before it is passed to web developers.

Copy Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven experience in corporate copywriting, branding, or website content creation (portfolio required).

· Exceptional command of English with strong grammar, storytelling, and editing skills.

· Experience developing company profiles, investor decks, or high-end website copy for startups or innovative businesses.

· Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling copy.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and digital best practices.

· Strong research skills and an eye for market positioning.

· Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
