Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Human Resources (HR) based in Lahore, Pakistan. The MTO HR will assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, support the implementation of HR policies, and help manage employee relations and benefits. The role involves coordinating with different departments, maintaining personnel records, and contributing to the development of HR strategies to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-1 Year of experience in HR is a plus
• Understanding of HR Management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools is an advantage
