Global Office World
is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across digital and print platforms. This role requires creativity, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and brand teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong visual concepts, campaign key visuals, and branded design assets for social media, website banners, print, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Create motion graphics, video animations, and post-production edits for brand campaigns, product features, explainer videos, and digital ads.
  • Work closely with the marketing, brand, and content teams to bring campaigns to life from initial ideation, storyboarding, and visual strategy to final execution.
  • Adapt and localize global design guidelines while maintaining brand consistency, typography, and visual hierarchy across all touchpoints.
  • Develop creative mockups, renders, and layout options to help internal stakeholders visualize design directions.
  • Manage multiple design briefs with tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and pixel-perfect outputs.
  • Stay updated on design, animation, and visual storytelling trends to continuously evolve the brand's creative language.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of agency or brand-side experience in creative design and motion graphics.
  • Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing static visuals, digital campaigns, and motion work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including:

Photoshop:
high-end retouching, compositing, and color correction

Illustrator:
iconography, vector-based layouts, and branding systems

After Effects:
text animations, 2D motion graphics, transitions, and basic compositing

Premiere Pro:
editing social media videos, corporate films, and short-form reels

  • Bonus proficiency in Lightroom, Figma, Capcut or Canva for collaboration and layout optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender/Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with video aspect ratios, compression formats, and export standards for web and social media platforms.
