Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and product design initiatives. The ideal candidate will connect business strategy with product development, ensuring that every campaign and design aligns with Qorden AI's vision and growth objectives. The role also includes leading and mentoring the marketing team to deliver impactful results across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product evaluation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve organizational goals and performance targets.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to align business goals with product experience and branding.
• Develop and execute digital and social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Create compelling brand stories and campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
• Manage content plans, advertising budgets, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the CEO to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product design, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a marketing team.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of business and strategy alignment.
