We are hiring an experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of security guards. The role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for company staff, visitors, and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise security guards during shifts.
  • Assign duties and prepare duty rosters.
  • Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
  • Ensure guards are performing their duties properly.
  • Conduct regular patrols and spot checks.
  • Report and respond to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Train and guide guards for better performance

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Security Guard Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of security procedures and emergency handling.
  • Ability to work in shifts and manage a team effectively.
  • Ex-Army/Police background will be preferred (if applicable).

Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month
