Looking for only a Mobile Game Marketing Strategist & Executor (ASO + UA).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a complete marketing roadmap and execution plan for mobile game apps (iOS & Android).

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify trends, user behaviour, and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies: keyword research, A/B testing, metadata optimization, creative asset testing (icons, screenshots, video).
  • Launch and manage paid user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.
  • Create weekly & monthly performance reports, optimize based on KPIs (CPI, ROAS, Retention, LTV).
  • Collaborate with designers for ad creatives, store assets, and promotional materials.
  • Drive and execute influencer marketing, community building (Discord, Reddit, etc.), and viral strategies.
  • Monitor user feedback and reviews; optimize retention and ratings via engagement campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile gaming trends, platform algorithms, and growth hacks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record of marketing successful mobile games (send portfolio or app links with KPIs).
  • Deep knowledge of ASO techniques and tools: AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, SplitMetrics, etc.
  • Strong command over performance marketing platforms (Google UAC, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience creating and managing marketing roadmaps with weekly execution goals.
  • Solid understanding of creative testing and ad iteration for game ads.
  • Analytical mindset – must be data-driven and skilled with attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
  • Knowledge of user retention strategies, monetization models (IAP/ads), and gamer psychology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile game marketing.
  • Experience working in indie or studio-level game launches.
  • Familiarity with Unity Ads / Ironsource / Vungle / AdMob ad networks.
  • Excellent project management skills – can independently manage timelines and deliverables.
