Job Title: Senior Salesman / Key Punching Operator (KPO)
Company: Nova Pharmacy – A Project of Nova Health
Location: Chuburji, DHA, Faisal Town, Johar Town, Bahria Orchard
Working Days: 6 days/week | Shift: 10 hours
Experience: 1–5 years (Pharmacy/Retail)
Qualification: Matric (minimum), Diploma in Dispensing preferred
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesman (KPO) to manage pharmacy sales, staff supervision, inventory, and customer service while ensuring smooth digital operations and billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and supervise junior staff in prescription handling, sales, and customer service.
- Manage stock levels, expired/near-expiry medicines, and product placement (FIFO).
- Verify deliveries, oversee stock transfers, and maintain records.
- Handle accurate billing, prescriptions, and customer queries.
- Ensure pharmacy cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of pharmacy/retail experience (Head Salesman or Manager preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
