We are looking for a seasoned Senior AI Engineer to join our core team. You will take a leadership role in developing and deploying production-grade AI systems for our premier international clients. This is a high-impact position where you will be deeply integrated into client projects, acting as a technical expert and ensuring our solutions deliver tangible value .

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Build: Architect, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Autonomous AI Agents .
  • Lead End-to-End Projects: Own the complete MLops lifecycle—from data pipeline creation and model training to deployment, monitoring, and iteration using modern tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow .
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Establish best practices and standards for AI development across teams. Conduct research to implement the latest AI advancements and fine-tune models for specific client use-cases .
  • Collaborate Globally: Work directly with international stakeholders and engineering teams during their business hours to gather requirements, provide updates, and demonstrate progress.
  • Mentor and Guide: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance .

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment .
  • Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will also be considered .
  • Programming & Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow .
  • AI Specializations: Hands-on, professional experience in at least one of these areas is a must:
  • LLMs & RAG: Fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral) and building efficient RAG pipelines with vector databases.
  • AI Agents: Designing and developing multi-step reasoning agents using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph .
  • Production MLOps: Solid understanding of MLOps principles and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI services .
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong business acumen, and professional English fluency (both written and verbal) are mandatory for effective collaboration with international clients and teams.
