Role Overview

Max and Shawn Inc. is hiring a Flutter App Developer to build and maintain mobile apps for Android and iOS. You will work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features, ensure good performance, and contribute to the full lifecycle of app development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional app screens.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, backend services.
  • Debug, test, and fix bugs/issues as they arise.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
  • Optimize app performance, manage state, ensure responsiveness.
  • Participate in code reviews and team cooperation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Flutter & Dart.
  • Proven track record of building and publishing apps for Android and iOS.
  • Good understanding of state management (e.g. Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) or similar.
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Solid experience integrating with REST APIs, handling JSON, error handling.
  • Ability to convert design mockups into UI (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong debugging & performance optimization skills.
  • Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Salary & Compensation

  • Salary: PKR 60,000 to 110,000, negotiable depending on experience and skills.
  • Bonus: Dependent on performance.
