We're Hiring – Senior Audit Assistant (Karachi)

Bilal Arsalan & Co. – Chartered Accountants is looking for a driven and passionate Senior Audit Assistant to join our Statutory Audit Department in Karachi.

To qualify for the role you must have;

Qualifications

• CA (Inter / CAF qualified or in final stage)
• ACCA (Finalist)
• CIA or other relevant audit/accounting qualification

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in external or internal audit, preferably in a CA firm or reputed industry audit department.

Skills and attributes for success

• Knowledge of auditing & accounting standards (ISAs/IFRSs/IIA Internal Auditing Standards (ISPPIA)
• Should have handled statutory audit assignments including internal audit assignments earlier
• Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Ideally you'll also have

• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Clarity of thoughts and assertive
• Effectiveness and creativity of written expression - logical, readability and conciseness
• Good presentation skills and ability to respond promptly
• Should be a team player with a proactive & result oriented approach
