Chief Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented Chief Officer to oversee and manage our Chick Feed Mill and Control Shed operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities and relevant industry experience to ensure smooth business operations and consistent reporting to the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and coordinate with a diverse team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Handle all business-related transactions including sales, purchases, and operational expenditures.

Collaborate closely with the Accounts and Finance departments to reconcile and match financial records.

Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports to the Head Office regarding all business activities.

Ensure proper management and functioning of the chick feed mill and control shed operations.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation (relevant field preferred)

Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the poultry feed industry

Strong team leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage financial transactions and operational workflows

Organized, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision
