Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FOH (Front of House) Manager located in Karāchi. The FOH Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Additional responsibilities include training staff, handling sales transactions, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage service management
• Proficiency in Training and managing staff
• Strong Sales skills and ability to handle transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
