We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented 
Surveillance Manager
 to oversee the CCTV monitoring and employee management across 
22 perfume outlets (kiosks)
. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all surveillance operations, monitor employee behavior and performance, and uphold company policies across all retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live CCTV footage from all 
    22 perfume outlets
     to ensure safety, productivity, and compliance.
  • Supervise and evaluate 
    employee activities
     — ensuring they remain active, focused, and engaged during duty hours.
  • Enforce 
    dress code and grooming standards
     as per company policy.
  • Identify and report any 
    misconduct, time-wasting, or policy violations
     promptly.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.
  • Maintain and manage 
    camera systems
     and ensure all surveillance equipment is operational.
  • Generate regular 
    monitoring and performance reports
     for management review.
  • Support HR and management teams in 
    incident investigations
     using CCTV footage.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in 
    CCTV monitoring
    , 
    security supervision
    , or 
    retail surveillance
    .
  • Strong observation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and supervise multiple outlets remotely.
  • Knowledge of 
    security systems and video management software (VMS)
    .
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
