Icon Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Executive to manage and coordinate customer order shipments from our warehouse in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries by working closely with third-party logistics partners and optimizing freight costs for each shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily shipments from the U.S. warehouse in collaboration with third party logistics partners.

Ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Compare and analyze freight options to identify the most cost-effective shipping methods.

Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays.

Communicate regularly with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Accounts) regarding order and shipping updates.

Maintain relationships with logistics partners and ensure compliance with company policies and shipping standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations.

Proficient in MS Excel and shipping management tools (e.g., Ship Station, UPS/FedEx portals).

Excellent communication skills.

Experience coordinating shipments with U.S.-based logistics or e-commerce companies.

Job Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM

Location: Phase II Extension, DHA, Karachi.
