Role Description

We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor
to join our in-house marketing team. This role combines
visual design
and
video content creation
to support social media, digital campaigns, and dealership marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, video editing expertise, and a passion for creating engaging content tailored to automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design engaging social media posts, ads, and campaign visuals.
  • Create print-ready designs (flyers, banners, brochures, event materials).
  • Ensure brand consistency by following corporate brand guidelines.
  • Design layouts for internal dealership promotions and customer communications.

Video Editing & Creation

  • Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Produce promotional videos, customer testimonials, and product walk-arounds.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, and text overlays to enhance storytelling.
  • Capture and edit raw video footage during launches, test drives, and events.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the team to align visuals with campaigns.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas with the marketing team for new content formats.
  • Manage an organized library of media assets (photos, videos, design files).
  • Stay updated with design & video trends, especially in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in design and video editing (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
    (CapCut/Final Cut is a plus).
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Creativity and innovation in design and video.
  • Strong attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive content creation is an advantage.
