Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biostatistician at Islamabad Medical & Dental College (IMDC), located in Islamabad. The Biostatistician will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data, designing and implementing statistical models, and providing biostatistical support to medical research projects. Daily tasks will include data collection, data management, statistical analysis, and preparing reports and presentations of findings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, and R
  • Experience in data collection, management, and analysis
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data modeling techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with research teams
  • A Master's or PhD degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field
  • Experience in medical or healthcare research is a plus
