3,500 Australian Friesian cows
, producing high-quality fresh milk. They are seeking an accomplished
international dairy leader
to take charge of our
end-to-end dairy operations
– spanning farm management, milk production, processing, and development of value-added products.

Location: Chiniot, Punjab, Pakistan

Position Overview

The Divisional Head of Dairy & Processing / COO will be responsible for
strategically leading and integrating farm operations and processing functions
. This role combines operational excellence with innovation in product development, ensuring sustainable growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
  Degree in Dairy Science, Animal Husbandry, Food Technology, Agri-Business, or related fields. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 15–20 years of international experience in
  integrated dairy farming and processing operations
  .
• Proven leadership in managing
  large-scale dairy farms
  (2,000+ herd size) and
  processing facilities
  .
• Track record of launching and scaling
  value-added dairy products
  .
• Skills:
• Strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Expertise in modern dairy farming practices, processing technologies, and supply chain.
• Cross-cultural leadership and team-building experience.
• Ability to work in emerging markets and transfer global best practices.
