We're looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with proven experience in both graphic design and UI/UX. Your day-to-day will include designing UI/UX for web and mobile apps, creating visual content, and producing motion graphics. Proficiency in
Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
, and AI tools like
Midjourney
is required. Experience with
Blender, Cinema 4D
, or similar tools for 3D and animation is a strong plus. An interest in
Blockchain or Web3
is a bonus. We value imaginative thinkers who apply smart UX strategies to drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creating UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
  2. Designing graphical content, both motion and still.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
  4. Conducting user research and implementing feedback to improve designs.
  5. Ensuring consistency and alignment with branding guidelines.
  6. Developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  7. Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  8. Testing and iterating on designs to enhance user experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and AI tools like Midjourney and Luma.
  • Motion Design: Experience with Adobe After Effects or other tools for animations.
  • Graphic Design: 4 years of professional experience.
  • UI/UX Design: 2 years of professional experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

  • Creative problem-solving with an out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and UI/UX best practices to boost user engagement.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to learn new tools and stay ahead of design trends.

Bonus Skills (Beneficial):

  • Familiarity with AI tools like MidJourney, Runway ML, or other generative design technologies.
  • Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent for creating animations and 3D content.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as Blockchain or Web3
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of storyboarding and video editing for content creation.
