We're expanding our core development team and looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can take full ownership of projects from backend logic to frontend interfaces and deliver production-ready, high-performance applications.

Job Overview

As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you'll design, build, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, , , , and You'll be responsible for both client and server-side development, working on projects that demand clean architecture, scalable logic, and robust performance.

You'll collaborate with our design and product teams but should also be capable of working independently and managing end-to-end development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using , , , and
  • Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend systems
  • Handle authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
  • Create dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces from Figma or design mockups
  • Manage databases (MongoDB) ensuring performance, security, and consistency
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
  • Debug, test, and continuously improve existing codebases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, while also driving solo projects from concept to deployment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack / MERN Stack Developer
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), , , , Express, and MongoDB
  • Management systems, admin dashboards, or SaaS applications
  • Deep understanding of API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and database management
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and architectural thinking
  • Ability to work on-site and handle projects independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with TypeScript and Redux Toolkit (RTK / RTK Query)
  • Understanding of microservices or serverless architecture
  • Experience with Material UI, TailwindCSS, or ShadCN UI
  • Familiarity with unit testing and Postman API testing
  • Prior experience in multi-tenant or SaaS platforms
