Role: Software Quality Assurance Intern

Location: On-site – Johar Town Lahore

Type: Internship

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: PKR 10,000 / Month

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance Intern to join our team in Lahore for a 3-month internship. This role combines quality assurance testing with user support responsibilities, providing valuable real-world experience in a mission-driven tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with platform users via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp to understand and resolve their issues
  • Handle user queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Perform daily testing of the platform to identify bugs or performance issues
  • Report issues to the development team and track them to resolution
  • Collaborate with the development and management teams to support operations and improve user experience

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu preferred)
  • Basic understanding of software quality assurance and testing principles
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
