  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, codes, and standards related to grid and transmission line construction.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Establish and oversee a system for reporting and investigating accidents, near misses, and safety violations.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections at construction sites to identify and rectify safety issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training.
  • Foster a safety-first culture within the organization, encouraging all employees to actively participate in safety initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal safety regulations, and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working condition and readily available to employees.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in a similar role within the grid, transmission, or construction industry.
  • NEBOSH IGC Certification.
  • IOSH Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
