Our Client, an exclusive distributor and provider of air conditioning and heating solutions, such as chillers and air handling units, in Pakistan is seeking a highly experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong techo-commercial background to drive business growth in a Large HVAC Business Unit. This role demands a leader who can develop and lead Market for a Premium Top Tier HVAC Brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead with a Business Plan for profitable and successful partnership.
- Drive Strong collaboration all across Pakistan Market.
- Develop Strong Market Presence for the HVAC Sales and generate market reports to boost revenue.
- Align business strategies with market opportunities and technical strengths.
- Build Strong relationship with HVAC Consultants / Contractors / Building Developers
- Optimize daily operations for maximum performance and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee budget management, focusing on profitability.
- Set and assess team goals for continuous improvement.
- Ensure services meet customer needs and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical; MBA preferred
Experience:
- 12-15 years in senior management within the HVAC Industry or related industry, focusing on technical and commercial aspect
Extensive experience with Top-tier Brands, including close co-ordination with foreign principals.
