Marketing Consultant

What You'll Do

As our Fractional MC, you'll act as the strategic marketing leader, working closely with the Founder to define, execute, and optimize our growth roadmap. Your role is to bring C-level expertise to a lean, junior-led team and turn it into a well-oiled growth machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine 
  marketing vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  .
• Build frameworks for
  ICP, buyer personas, and lead scoring systems
  that align with our growth goals.
• Design and oversee a
  multi-channel marketing strategy
  (SEO, content, social, email, paid ads).
• Implement
  performance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
  to track ROI across campaigns.
• Provide
  executive-level guidance
  to junior marketers and freelancers (training & governance).
• Align marketing efforts with
  sales and business development
  (especially cold email/domain strategy).
• Optimize
  brand positioning, offers, and landing pages
  for conversion.
• Identify
  new growth opportunities
  (niches, partnerships, channels).

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership
  experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Growth Leader (agency or SaaS/startup background preferred).
• Strong track record of
  scaling revenue through digital marketing
  ($1M+ growth impact is a plus).
• Expertise across
  SEO, content, paid media, social, CRO, and brand strategy
  .
• Familiarity with
  early-stage company challenges
  : lean budgets, fast testing, scrappy execution.
• Analytical mindset
  : comfortable with data, dashboards, and ROI-driven decisions.
• Experience working in a
  fractional, consulting, or part-time leadership capacity
  .
• Excellent communicator, mentor, and strategist.
