Senior SEO Specialist

Join our innovative digital marketing team as a full-time Sr. SEO Specialist at Ringo Media. We seek an experienced professional to lead and manage the optimization of Ringo Media and our clients' websites. The ideal candidate will use advanced SEO strategies and growth-hacking techniques to ensure maximum visibility, traffic growth, and conversions through effective organic search campaigns. As an SEO Expert, you will drive brand awareness and enhance ROI through cutting-edge SEO tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings for both Google and Bing.
• Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including technical SEO audits and improvements.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and copy to maximize organic exposure and conversions and maintain SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to ensure SEO integration across all marketing channels.
• Analyze web analytics and performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing SEO strategies and campaigns.
• Perform continuous keyword research, expansion, and optimization to identify new opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO innovations to implement contemporary strategies.
• Execute and oversee link-building campaigns and manage link profiles to improve domain authority and rankings.
• Work with webmasters and development teams to ensure that all websites meet usability, mobility, and technical SEO standards.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify market gaps and implement strategies to outshine competitors.
• Monitor, report, and analyze SEO performance, providing actionable insights to improve results and meet KPIs.
• Lead SEO efforts to ensure continuous growth, improved performance, and maximization of ROI from organic search campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven SEO experience, focusing on strategy, management, and results-driven campaigns.
• Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Advanced understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and ranking factors.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret SEO reports and analytics to drive strategy.
• Experience with performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other productivity software.
• Experience in Amazon listing optimization is a plus.
• Strong project management and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive SEO initiatives.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mobile-first indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site usability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SEO certification
• Knowledge of international SEO strategies and multilingual SEO optimization.

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
