Role Overview

We are seeking a talented, creative, and trend-aware Graphic & Motion Designer to produce high-quality static and motion content for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for creating everything from logos, brochures, and letterheads to motion graphics and short-form videos (reels) that capture attention and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling static content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Develop logos, brochures, letterheads, and marketing collateral as per client brand guidelines.
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos (reels) aligned with trending formats and social media algorithms.
  • Balance brand consistency with fresh, creative ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Adapt creative designs for diverse industries and audience segments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and layout design.
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work (Behance, Dribbble, or PDF/online link).
  • Understanding of social media marketing and engagement-driven design principles.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
