Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible
Store Incharge / Supervisor
to oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and support smooth store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations
• Monitor cleanliness, staff attendance, and work discipline
• Conduct quality checks and coordinate purchasing needs
• Create and post basic social media content for store visibility
• Maintain accurate daily reports for management

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum
  Intermediate
  (or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of
  social media posting
• Familiarity with
  ChatGPT or AI tools
  (basic level)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive and responsible approach to work
