Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Pre-Sales professional to support proposal development, RFP responses, solution documentation, and client-facing content creation. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, research, and analytical skills who's eager to work at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and business development in areas such as AI, analytics, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end RFP and proposal responses by coordinating inputs, structuring content, and ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Develop compelling sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and client proposals tailored to specific business needs.
  • Conduct research on target companies, industries, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform pursuit strategies.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, sales teams, and delivery leads to translate technical information into clear business narratives and value propositions.
  • Maintain and enhance a repository of reusable content—templates, solution briefs, and success stories—to streamline proposal creation.
  • Assist in preparing workshops, POVs, and demos by structuring materials and supporting storytelling efforts.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and manage timelines across multiple concurrent pursuits using collaboration tools.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand, tone, and visual design standards for professional client presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, content writing, or solution documentation

Excellent business writing and storytelling skills; ability to tailor communication for both business and technical audiences.

Strong research and analytical skills; ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and collaborative tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, or Jira).

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills

Prior exposure to AI, data science, analytics, or enterprise technology.

Experience working on RFPs, proposals, or sales enablement materials.

Basic understanding of visual storytelling, data visualization, or design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
