Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surgical Store Supervisor, located in Bosan. The Surgical Store Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the surgical store, including inventory management, organizing surgical supplies, and ensuring proper documentation. Responsibilities also involve liaising with medical departments to meet their requisitions, maintaining stock levels to avoid shortages, conducting periodic audits, and complying with hospital policies related to procurement and storage. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting alongside fostering a well-coordinated environment is integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination skills
• Knowledge of surgical supplies, materials, and equipment relevant to hospital operations
• Document management, reporting, and compliance with procurement policies
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Ability to efficiently liaise and communicate with teams across various departments
• Familiarity with healthcare or hospital operations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
