Job DescriptionAs a Physiotherapist to Provide direct patient care including evaluation and treatment by Therapeutic Exercise, Manipulation, Mobilization, Electrotherapeutic and Mechanical devices & Therapeutic agents.
As post holder as Physiotherapist, you are responsible for the tasks such as but not limited to:

- Greet and attend to patients in person.
- Assess a patient's physical abilities and needs.
- Develop a plan of physiotherapy intervention according to the patient's individualized needs.
- Provide consultation on injury prevention and health promotion.
- Maintenance and storage of all physical therapy equipment and supplies in the physiotherapy clinic/department.
- To work with the multidisciplinary team and educate patients/ nursing staff about prescribed treatment plan regimes (inpatient and discharge) with the aim of improving compliance.
- Check Performance of daily start up and shut down of automated physical therapy equipment.
- Patient physical therapy record Management.
- Quality control, quality assurance, and risk management as they relate to physical therapy Functions.
- Day to day operations, creating reports of the department
- Maintain confidentiality of all staff and patient information.
- Prepare evaluation reports of In-patient and out-patient surveys/rounds and discharge feedbacks.
- Forward any kind of feedback (Complaints/compliments/suggestion) received from any source (Verbal/Written/Social Media/Surveys/Rounds/Observations) to Senior Physiotherapist.
- Take / give report to shift supervisor with particular attention to patient related issues, and census.
- Investigate and respond to patients' / attendants' / colleagues' concern promptly.
- Demonstrate creativity and quality in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Any other job assigned by the Hospital Administration
Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) Degree from an HEC-recognized University
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the OPD & IPD departments of a recognized tertiary care hospital
