About Us:
Deutsch Für Alle (DFA) is a growing German language academy dedicated to making German learning easy, affordable, and accessible for everyone.
Role Overview
:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. Your main task will be to bring in more students who start our courses. This is a performance-driven role with a fixed salary structure and attractive commissions.
What You'll Do:
• Reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Guide students through the registration process and answer their queries.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Build strong relationships with learners to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
• Work closely with our marketing team on lead-generation strategies.
Compensation:
• Fixed salary (locked until a defined sales range is achieved).
• Full salary unlocked after crossing the target threshold.
• Additional commissions per enrollment.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in sales, business development, or student enrollment (Freshers with high motivation in sales and lead generation will also be valued)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
