Role Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Executive with a Textile or Product Engineering background and a strong command over sewing operations, including complex sewing techniques and time & motion studies, to manage and ensure quality for specialized home textile products and Apparel (knits & woven). 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Experience as a Textile Engineer/Product Engineer (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience in dealing in home textiles or garment production, especially with complex sewing items.
  • Familiarity with inspection levels, sample size determination, and major/minor/critical defect classification
  • Should be able to conduct or assist in in-line and final inspections based on AQL standards
  • Awareness of buyer-specific quality expectations
  • Strong technical understanding of difficult sewing techniques, product construction, and production flow.
  • Ability to work independently when required to and manage inspection schedules across multiple vendors/factories.
  • Familiarity with ERP system, buyer portals, online apps, and web tools for status tracking and updates.
  • Basic knowledge of social compliance like labour law.
