Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer located in Sargodha. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing international admissions processes, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with students and institutions. Daily tasks include processing applications, guiding students through admissions requirements, and offering support to ensure a smooth enrollment process. The Admissions Officer will also engage in outreach activities to promote Study Icon UK's services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in International Admissions and Education services
  • Customer Service skills to provide support and assistance to prospective students
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education , Communication, or related field preferred
