What You'll Do:

As our R&D Executive, you will be our eyes and ears in the tech world. You will dive into product research, keep tabs on competitors, explore emerging technologies, and share insights that help shape our products, marketing, and development strategies. Simply put, you will help us see what's next and make it happen.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Research new and existing products to spot opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Keep an eye on competitors' products, features, and strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and trends in Technology, Marketing, and Development.
  • Share updates and insights with the team so everyone stays informed and ahead of the curve.
  • Present your findings clearly so that management and product teams can take action.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of competitor analysis, market intelligence, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in tech or product research, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • A genuine curiosity and passion for technology and innovation.
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with SaaS products, tech platforms, or the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with competitor benchmarking or market research tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging tech like AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and modern marketing tools.
