Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate role located in Karachi. The role involves assisting various departments in daily operations, learning and implementing best practices in textile processing, and supporting management in executing business development plans. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, and participating in meetings to contribute to strategic decisions. The graduate will also be involved in quality assurance, process optimization, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in Textile Processing, Research, and Quality Assurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with sustainability practices and standards is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
