About the Role

We are seeking a Travel Advisor who can confidently interact with international clients and help design personalized journeys across Pakistan. Direct experience in luxury travel is not required. Instead, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, premium guest services, aviation, events, or client relations who are eager to transition into the high-end travel sector.

This is a client-facing role requiring cultural polish, strong communication, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with international clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Design and manage custom itineraries across Pakistan, ensuring smooth logistics and premium service.
  • Provide concierge-style support before, during, and after travel.
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve issues discreetly.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Backgrounds We Value (experience in any of these is welcome):

  • Guest relations or concierge at 4–5 star hotels.
  • Airline staff (premium cabin crew, VIP passenger handling).
  • Event management, destination weddings, or lifestyle services.
  • Client-facing roles in embassies, NGOs, or multinational companies.
  • Cultural tourism or guiding with international exposure.
  • Overseas education or work experience (advantage).

Skills:

  • Excellent English (spoken & written); other languages a plus.
  • Cross-cultural communication and polished presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Pakistan's culture, heritage, and destinations.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM and image editing software like Photoshop or Canva.
