We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in WordPress and a passion for creating highperformance, user-friendly websites. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality websites using WordPress. Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.

Implement and manage WordPress CMS configurations and optimizations. Integrate and develop custom APIs to enhance website functionality.

Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, and SEO. Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver projects on time.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions.

Skills and Technical Expertise Required:

Technical Skills WordPress Development: Expertise in custom theme development, CMS configuration, and experience with popular page builders like Elementor or WPBakery. Backend Development:

Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL. Experience with REST API integration and a solid understanding of server-side optimization and security.

SEO & Web Analytics: Familiarity with Yoast SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

Design Tools & Concepts:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with an understanding of basic design principles and the ability to convert mockups into responsive code.

Front-End (Preferred): Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.

Soft Skills Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Collaboration: Strong team collaboration and client coordination abilities.

Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving. Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and remaining self-driven with a willingness to learn and grow.
