Manager - Technology - IBG & Pak - TECH - IBG & OPS - - PAKCOE

• Responsible for managing Core banking Flexcube applications delivery of Change request and URF as per banks initiatives
• The major responsibilities include requirement gathering, requirement analysis, functional specifications and review, Test Scope Identification, Test Case Review, UAT Support, Product Walk Through and Change Implementation (both code changes and product parameterization) in Flexcube Core Banking.
• This role involves in providing solution to business functional requirements and manage end to end delivery for the bank. 
• FLEXCUBE Techno functional Role - (50% Functional and 50% Technical). The exposure to functional can be higher than specified but cannot be less than 50%.

Responsibilities include delivering parameter changes and supporting code change, doing POC, internal testing, guiding the business users and delivering prompt service by providing high quality of support & delivery

• Subject Matter expertise in at least 3-4 modules in Flexcube 11.2 and 14 version especially in Payments, Trade finance, CASA , Loans , Interest & Charges, PC and etc
• Manager is a resource who manages medium size/complex application from development/support perspective. The person needs to exhibit strong independent contribution
• Manage a diversified team of professionals both onshore, offshore and outsourced who are responsible for critical applications delivery & support bank wide.
• Responsible to understand the BRD and effectively convert the business requirements to Functional specifications and manage end to end delivery
• Conduct system analysis and provide support to the business needs of the bank. 
• Functional expertise in the assessment of issues and initiatives to support and enhance systems with concern manager. 
• Review business requirements against existing and proposed systems and Analysis of functional requirement change impact to existing systems.
• Helping the development team in explaining the Banking concept and to verify for the correct issues resolution/functionality developed by the team
• Ability to prepare high level scenarios and its test data to run POC for internal bank changes without testing team support
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) arising from production system disruption and ensure no impact on production due to change deliveries 
• Prepare and maintain documentation describing custom configuration and parameterisation of 3rd party provided solutions. 
• Awareness of API source mapping and module level access provision in flex
• Knowledge in taking and analyzing the debug and to understand the issue for resolution
• Responsible for Service Optimization, Delivery excellence with proven expertise 
• Focus on regulatory, control & audit requirements and manage all known risks related to team and systems that can impact security of data, system downtime, incidents etc.
• Responsible to Plan, execute and manage the employee engagement activities for the team.
• Co-ordinate and handover the deliveries to the RUN Team for post-production support.
•  Ensure strict compliance with agreed deadlines - Plan, execute, and finalize assignments according to strict deadlines.
• Ensure all processes adhere to internal standards set as part of Quality & Audit, Infrastructure Management Guidelines. 
• Coordinate with other interdependent teams for change delivery
• Full compliance with the change management process for all production rollouts.

• Engineer / Post Graduate with 4-8 Years of experience in FLEXCUBE 11.2 version and the latest 14 version with exposure to all functional areas of FCUBS.
• Having hands on experience in FCUBS 14 version OBDX, OBPM, OBTF is a BIG plus
• Knowledge of Banking domain is a must with Very good exposure to Retail Banking and Channels
• Should have done the business analyst role in any banking project (FCUBS).
• Knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL programming is must
• Should have worked as part of functional consultant in Bank's Product Designing with respect to Business requirements
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing process
• Strong inter personal communication skills
• Experience of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels
