Position Summary:

The IT Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in computer as well as Office work. They play a vital role in providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in the IT industry. The IT Teacher develops and delivers engaging lessons, assists students in their learning process, and ensures a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Good command in Word, Excel and emailing, scanning & printing.

1. Curriculum Development:

• Design lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
• Incorporate theoretical concepts, practical applications, and hands-on exercises to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

2. Classroom Instruction:

• Teach students how to effectively use programming languages, software applications, and tools relevant to the IT field.
• Provide clear explanations of complex technical concepts and theories, ensuring students understand and can apply them.
• Facilitate discussions and encourage student participation to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning.

3. Student Guidance and Support:

• Assist students in understanding and applying IT concepts and theories through one-on-one guidance and support.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on students' assignments, projects, and assessments to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and advise students on career paths, further education options, and industry certifications in the IT field.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring students feel comfortable asking questions and seeking assistance.

4. Technology and Resource Management:

• Maintain and update computer systems, software applications, and other technology resources used in the IT Lab.
• Ensure all necessary software and hardware are functioning properly and available for students' use.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the schools' computer labs, ensuring a suitable environment for learning

5. Professional Development:

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, seminars, and conferences, to stay current with the latest advancements in the IT field.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, actively participating in professional learning communities and contributing to the improvement of teaching practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Education, or a related field (master's preferred).
• Teaching certification or relevant experience in teaching IT.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, internet, and coding basics.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: Rs.45, Rs.50,000.00 per month
