Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer Intern located in Karachi. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of web applications, debugging and fixing software issues, writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with team members, and participating in code reviews.
You will be an a
ssistant to CTO – Product Training, Testing & Communication manager.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Software intern,
Assistant to the CTO
 who will play a key supporting role in managing training, testing, communication, and visual content for our cutting-edge health-tech platform. You will work closely with the CTO to ensure smooth rollout of our web and app products, help bridge team communication gaps, and enhance product visibility through engaging media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Training & Testing
  • Assist in testing website and app functionalities regularly.
  • Lead or support training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare training materials and documentation for onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot user queries and coordinate with the tech team for fixes.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Join team meetings, take structured notes, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update task trackers, timelines, and feedback logs.
  • Bridge communication between the tech team and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Summarize discussions and share action items with clarity.
  • Content & Visual Support
  • Assist in creating basic 
    social media content
    , 
    product videos
    , and 
    graphics
    .
  • Work with tools like 
    Canva
    , 
    CapCut
    , or AI-based 
    text-to-video tools
    .
  • Maintain a content calendar in collaboration with marketing/design teams.
  • Technical Support (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
  • Familiarity with basic coding ( Python).
  • Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI automation tools is a strong plus.
  • Ability to create documentation or user flows using modern tools.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools like Notion, Google Docs, Slack, etc.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical tools and communicate concepts simply.
  • Experience with
