Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The Sales Executive will be a key player in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online marketing.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and property showings to potential buyers.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate deals, draft contracts, and close transactions effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and competitors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
  • Documentation: Ensure all legal documents, agreements, and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, leads, and client interactions.
